Movement information becomes more refined but is still restricted. In ACL 4 High, they still lack the ability to coordinate between their left and right sides of their body. True bi-lateral tasks like using a pair of scissors to cut an irregular shape may not be performed satisfactorily. The ability to pick up smaller items becomes easier within ACL 4 High.

The concept of a line assists the person to follow a sample stored in their working memory for a few seconds. They can use two striking features at a time as this enters the scale in ACL 4.4. This increases their speed and accuracy. The difference between ACL 4.6 and 4.8 is the person's ability to stick to checking with the sample. At ACL 4.8, the person can check with the sample until they are done. At ACL 4.6, they may get side track and stop matching to the sample as their mental energy is exhausted.

Classification is the grouping of information to allow a person achieve a group or set purpose. Within ACL 4.6 the person can store this classification for up to a few seconds. The ability to see classification for a few seconds means the person can overlap images and will search for items in well know location.

Tangible information starts trickling into ACL 4.6 in terms of the person's ability to hold concrete information in their working memory for a few seconds. This is a fairly short period and prevents the person from forming patterns. The person also needs to keep referring to the sample in order to complete a task. This can make their task performance slow with them being unable to skip ahead and hurry up.

Functioning in ACL 4 High increases the person's chances of living in the community with some support. However, when there are major changes to the living situation, these activities may no longer be supported. When the person cannot participate in these activities than other activities will need to be added, otherwise the person may be left with nothing to do.

The person's sense of space is formed by synthesizing sensorimotor information, physical actions, and elements of the physical environment that enter their visual field. Direction seems to emphasize linear information. To separate a sense of direction from a sense of space, direction includes the senses formed while walking or using public transportation.

Familiar landmarks may be used to find their way to a new location. Reading and verbal comprehension are required to use signs, maps or follow instructions from a GPS.

The primary effects of spatial fit (ACL 5.4) are required to carry hot liquids on trays. However, passing a glass of water, when it is not to the top, can usually be done with the use of an image within ACL 4.6. A sense of space is connected to lifting their head and looking around.

Getting their supplies out and putting them away requires various gestures, verbal directions or reminders from supervisors.

Correctly reading the time on a clock and comparing it to the number recorded on paper is the person's expected sense of time within ACL 4.6.

Within ACL 4.8, the person's sense of time is still limited to brief comparisons, but the clock time is compared to the number of steps they must do to complete the activity. Within the context of being done, a span of time can be estimated. However, the secondary effects of being late are not perceived until after the result.
