Attention is captured by the person's ability to store information in their short-term memory. As ACL 5.2 memory is more detailed than ACL 5.0 memory, the person may now pay attention to surface appearances. Surface appearances contain fine visual details. They may include shading in drawings, shiny appearances on wet or greasy surfaces or dust on surfaces. They are able to remember that shiny surfaces may be slippery or may mean they have not cleaned their dishes adequately.
