The question is: Do people within ACL 5.2 see the transparent residue?

It is expected that they remove the obvious smears and the light brown streaks. Is this true?

If so, do they try to remove the greasy residue with or without a cue?

Clean means that the transparent greasy residue is removed.

Coordinates both the left and right hands simultaneously. Spins the page with one hand while cutting with the other hand. Tips of the maple leaf are not cut off and curved lines are cut accurately with no white paper between where they cut and the line.

Within ACL 5.4, the person is able to coordinate their left and right hands simultaneously.

Score

The tentative score is ACL 5.4.

The person cuts the tips off the maple leaf or leaves white paper between the line and where they cut. The cuts are straight.

Below ACL 5.4, the person is unable to coordinate their left and right hands simultaneously.

Score

A score has not been confirmed but rather ACL 5.4 has been ruled out.
