Reading alone can provide enough information for the person to form a mental picture of what they need to do. The person pays attention to surface appearances but may neglect spatial fit. The person may ask for verification of surface appearance before proceeding.

Secondary consequences of surface appearance makes sense to the person. They will be careful of any melted bonding material and make sure it is cleaned off the iron and ironing board.

They will make sure they use a cloth over a vinyl disk once they read the instructions.
