The running stitch is still included in the ACLS-6, but the motion goes up and down in a vertical plane and the tip gets hidden underneath the backing. The truth is that the running stitch is not a very good evaluation of linear information. Colouring is better, and the back and forth motion is easy to observe. They colour on the page ignoring the line.
