Instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) are done independently. Within ACL 6, the person learns new techniques and adjusts to changes. The person is able to live alone with physical assistance to accommodate for a physical disability.
Within ACL 6, the person is able to plan different techniques in order to achieve a better result. Intangible properties like heat, electricity and toxins are paid attention to. This reduces their reliance on warnings of danger due to secondary consequences of unseen forces such as electricity.
