The synthesis of a trickle of concrete information along with classification, linear, movement and sensory information results in the person picking up their head to look around for things which they can do. They can remember objects which are stored away in a familiar location. They can use shapes which are partially hidden.
Because they can hold information in their working memory for a few seconds, their sense of independence, ownership, and geographical location now makes sense to the person.
Being able to care for the home surrounding which they now live in makes sense to the person.
