If the single cordovan stitch is new to you, practice doing it until it has a comfortable, easy flow.
Left & Right Handed
Over the years we have learned that people do not pay any attention to which hand you use. At this point, you may use either hand to administer the activity.
How to Hold the Tool
Practice holding the tool in front of the person, so that it can be clearly seen while you do the stitches.
Make sure that your hands are not blocking the person's ability to see how you are doing the stitch.
