The face validity of the observed activity is the strength of the report. Select an obvious action or activity that is connected to the reason for the referral. The common questions and answers are:
- Will they be able to do it? ACL score now.
- Why not the ACL score? Physical and sensory impairments.
- Who can they depend on? Do they have any caregivers and if so what do they understand about the burden of care? What, if anything has been considered about their dependency? Their obsolete identity?
